Shipping Policy

At Wellington Toffee, we take great care in ensuring that our products reach you in perfect condition. To maintain quality, we do not ship between Memorial Day and Labor Day due to the risk of melting during warmer months. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage local purchases during this time.

General Shipping Information:

• All orders ship via UPS from our factory in Illinois.
• We offer flat-rate shipping:
  • $8.95 for light-weight packages.
  • $12.95 for medium to large-weight packages.
• We currently only ship within the United States and do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders are processed within 48 hours, but it may take longer during holidays.
• We do not ship on Fridays or weekends. The last orders for overnight shipping go out by Thursday at noon CST.
• We reserve the right to adjust shipping schedules based on weather conditions to ensure your toffee arrives in perfect condition.
