Shipping Policy

To assure our customers receive only the best product, we do not ship between Memorial Day through Labor Day. During warm summer months product can melt and there is no way for us to guarantee our candy will not melt. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will continue to sell product locally.

General Shipping Information:

  • We do not ship orders on Friday.  The last orders will go out by noon CST on Thursday if you chose Overnight. We reserve the right to determine the best time to ship based on weather.  Please plan accordingly.
  • We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Even though we strive to get your order out the day we receive it, please allow up to 48 hours for processing your order, (it may take a bit longer during holiday seasons). If you need the toffee to be delivered by a specific date, please make a note in the comments section when placing your order.
  • All orders are shipped via UPS.
  • Our toffee is shipped from our factory in Iowa.

 

Shipping Times

The map link shows the # of business days it will take for your toffee to ship from our factory in Iowa to where the toffee is being shipped.  For example, if you live in South Carolina, it will take 3 business days, not including the day it ships, for your toffee to get to you. MAP

Return Policy

We are dedicated to making sure you are completely satisfied with your Wellington experience. If for any reason you or the recipient of our toffee are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will either credit your account or replace the merchandise (whichever you choose).

AGAIN: We do not guarantee shipping chocolate products using the Standard Ground shipping option in the summer. We cannot even guarantee product using next day air.

We are not responsible for entry of incorrect shipping addresses.  Please verify the shipping address you enter before submitting your order.
